iRacing will continue to feature the full lineup of NASCAR cars and tracks up until at least 2020.

iRacing.com have signed an extension on their licensing agreement with NASCAR. This will allow the racing simulation to continue to host official NASCAR-sanctioned online racing events.

The new deal extends the contract by six years, ending some time in 2020.

Tony Gardner, President of iRacing.com had this to say on the matter:

“We’re thrilled NASCAR will continue as our partner and assist in sanctioning our multiple NASCAR iRacing online race series. From late models and trucks through to the pinnacle of sim racing – the NASCAR PEAK Antifreeze Series Powered by iRacing.com – NASCAR and iRacing are committed to delivering a state-of-the-art sim racing experience to race fans.”

iRacing is an online subscription-based racing simulation “game” for Microsoft Windows, Linux and OS X. There are over 55,000 members worldwide. For more information on iRacing see the official site.
